We are a recreational-vehicle friendly community ~ However ~ ALL must be a Licensed vehicle (Street Legal) with Arizona MVD ~ ATV's/UTV's ~ NO Unlicensed, Motorized Vehicle is Permitted (Dirt Bikes/Go-Carts) and ALL Drivers Must be Licensed Drivers ~ Pursuant to Arizona Statutes & Laws.
